Jan Kleinman
Jan Kleinman is the founding member of the law firm of Kleinman & Kleinman, PLC. Mr. Kleinman obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Business from Arizona State University in 1966. He continued on to earn his Juris Doctorate from the University of Arizona College of Law in 1969. He has devoted over forty (50) years in the law practice to representing those injured at the hands of others. He actively litigates cases and has represented more than 7,500 clients, including many third-generation clients. Mr. Kleinman has been involved in many multi-million dollar cases.
In addition, he is a member of the Association of Arizona Trial Lawyers and is one of the few attorneys in Arizona who has been certified in personal injury and wrongful death since 1991, when the original certification process was first established. Of the 7,500 personal injury attorneys in Arizona, only approximately 200 are certified. Additionally, Mr. Kleinman is rated AV Preeminent with Martindale-Hubbell. This is the highest rating that can be conferred upon an individual attorney or law firm. The “AV” designation shows that a lawyer has reached the height of professional excellence, skill, and integrity. Mr. Kleinman resides in Phoenix, Arizona with his wife of over forty (40) years. They have three children and two grandchildren.
